About Jarrett

Jarrett Whistance is a Research Scientist at the Food and Agricultural Policy Research Institute at the University of Missouri (FAPRI-MU) where his work focuses primarily on U.S. biofuel and sugar markets and policies. Jarrett joined FAPRI-MU as a graduate student in 2007 and has since earned both a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in agricultural economics from the University of Missouri.
